Improving your Erection Strength

MY STORY

For those of you yet to suffer from it, any form of erectile dysfunction is a fucking nightmare, I was questioning my worth as a man, passing on girls who would be an easy score, drinking way to much... granted I had several self worth issues at the time (my dick used to be really small) The penisprofessor.com had me doing these penis exercises which fixed that, and part of it was these 4 kegel exercises (that is not their real name guys...) and you would do them every time you worked out. As I tracked my length gains, I found I had some immediate results with my erection strength. I would say week 2 was when I started to wake up with an erection, and it was just before the end of the first month - damn erection was so strong my dicks watching me shave in the morning.

I was actually doing some of the exercises wrong the first month and it still worked!


WHAT TO DO!

The trick is to simply tense the muscles around your groin area, for some it is more complicated than it sounds as they may have gotten so weak down there - that there is not much left to flex!

So when you pee, try and stop the flow with your penis muscles, what ever you want to call the muscle you hold your pee in with - tense that! with a little practice you will be able to get a 100% natural erection all on your own. Yes the penisprofessor covers like 4 or 5 different exercises you can do for this - so if you want that you will have to go there, but I can vouch for it as surprisingly that shit works.

WE ARE NOT DONE YET!

What I have told you to do so far is a good start, You Don't Have To Pee to do this exercise, once you know what you are tensing, finish peeing and then go tense it like 25 times a day. Do not go crazy as that is a weak muscle for you, over using it would hurt your recovery (like working out to muscle failure every day with the same muscle group twice a day... you get weaker).

But 25 tenses and releases should do, nothing crazy, you don't need to hold them, just tense and release, if you are really weak down there it may take you a few sets spread out over the day to get your 25, but at least you will start to fix you dick.
